Visa、Bank Tranfer(T/T)、Western Union、MoneyGram
Transfer Fees
Bank transfers typically incur a processing fee. Please check with your bank for details. The total amount sent must cover the order total plus any applicable transfer fees.
Example: For a $500 order with a $20 transfer fee, the total amount sent should be $520. If only $500 is sent, $20 will be deducted as the fee, leaving us with $480. This amount is insufficient to cover the full order, and we will be unable to process it completely.
Payment Confirmation
- Payments made via Visa are confirmed within 12 hours.
- Payments made via Bank Transfer, MoneyGram, or Western Union are confirmed within 1 hour after we receive your payment details. Please send your payment information to orders@steeljewelrytrade.com promptly.
Important: Regardless of the payment method, orders are processed only after payment confirmation. MAY@RZ reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to terminate any purchase order deemed excessively risky. In such cases, the order will not be processed, and the customer will receive a full refund.
